KhumbuRenjo pass

This strenuous trekking journey crosses two high passes,  the Renjo La (5345 m) and the Cho La (5420 m) without technical climbing. Cho La and Renjo La are rugged high passes that link major valleys of the Everest region. We follow the classic trek route to the Everest Base Camp (EBC) up to Namche Bazaar where, thereafter, the trail deviates off the beaten track into the little-traveled Bhote Koshi Valley and begins the ultimate trekking trip in the Everest National Park. We trek slowly through Sherpa villages and yak pastures with rarely trodden trail before emerging into the stunning Gokyo Valley with its beautiful lakes via Renjo La pass (5345 m) from where the view of Everest is simply incredible. From Gokyo, we take the higher route of Cho La pass (5420 m) to join the classic trail of Everest Base Camp witnessing the surrounding beautiful mountains. In fact, this trek offers an ever-lasting experience of natural beauty, spectacular sights of towering Himalayan peaks and in depth cross cultural discovery of the Everest region.
