Ghorepani-Poonhill trekking
Ghorepani-Poonhill is a very popular trekking destination in the Annapurna region, near by Pokhara, a beautiful city in Nepal. This trekking suits all categories of trekkers, those who are not physically at the top, those who travel with family and are seacrhing for good accomodation conditons, those who are physically or mentally disabled, and those less privilidged trekkers like student groups, who are looking for a not so expensive trip. The trekkers will hike on large stone-paved trails, largely developed for trekking, a more reason to call this trrekking an ideal one. Ghorepani-Poonhill trekking starts from Nayapool to join Ghorepani via Tikhedhunga From there, after an early morning hike to Poonhiil to admire the sunrise, the trail will descend to Pokhara, traversing Gurung villages like Landruk and Gandruck on the Southern side of the Annapurna chain.
This itinerary can be customized in different ways. One would be to rise on the the Gandruk-Landruk side to Ghorepani and descend through Tikhedhunga to join Nayapool and Pokhara.

Day 03: Drive/fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, transfer to hotel
Day 04: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapool (1070m), trek to Tikhedhunga (1540), O/N in lodge
Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani (2860)
Day 06: Hike to Poonhil l (3210m), and descent to Tadapani (2630),
Day 07: Trek to Landruk village (1565m) via Ghandruk village (1940m)
Day 08: Trek to Dhamphus (1650m).
Day 09: Trek to Phedi (1130m), drive back to Pokhara (820m), transfer to hotel
Day 10: Sightseeing in Pokhara, O/N in hotel
Day 11: Drive/Fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu, transfer to hotel
Day 12: Sightseeing/Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 13: Final departure from Kathmandu for your further destination.
