Nar Phu Valley is one of the less touristic trekking destination in Nepal. It is a recently (2003) opened trekking route lying in the center of Nepal in the Annapurna region. It offers an amazing trekking trail with magnificent and spectacular sceneries of mountains and nature. Green landscapes and foothills, bamboo forests and paddy fields, all this while passing through historic settlements. The trail ascents gradually to higher elevation giving time for acclimatization. The trekkers will enter in the secret settlements of the Nar Phu valley through superb and ancient structures of stones and gorges and will have the unique opportunity to appreciate the lifestyles, traditions and cultures of the villages. People in this valley speak their own Tibetan dialect and they raise yaks as a vital source of revenue. At the end, the trail moves up over the Kangla (5300m) with awesome mountain scenery of the Annapurna massif and of the river Marshyandi. This trek is physically challenging.
