Mardi Himal trek is a newly opened trekking trail located in the Annapurna region. It offers stunning views of the mountains and includes the opportunity to discover the culture of different ethnic groups found along the route. Mardi Himal is a ridge of triangular shape, positioned on the Southern slope of Mt Machhapuchhare, considered as a Holy peak, from where one can admire the picturesque valley of Pokhara, the Hiuchuli (6441m), Dhaulagiri (8167m), and Annapurna-I (8091m) mountains. The trekking starts with the trip from Kathmandu to Pokhara, followed by a 30 minute drive to Suikhet-Phedi or an hour drive to Kande.
